This year, say NO to your annual weight loss resolutions. I did my absolute LAST New Year’s Resolution diet this year. It was a total flop and I tortured myself, daily and weekly as I got on the scale and saw the numbers go up instead of down. I learned that weighing myself and writing down what I am eating does not do anything but stress me out and pack on the pounds. I simply can’t handle the pressure. So, I’m done.

As the holidays are creeping up on us, let’s make a pact to not do that to ourselves anymore, especially if you do this every year and every year you are unsuccessful Something’s got to give.
