How do you react when you don’t get a workout in that you planned to?
I feel guilty. And then I feel annoyed that I’m feeling guilty.
When I was training for Mudderella I worked out 6 days a week. Since then, I have worked out 3-4 days, a minimum of 2 days a week (I am faithful to Zumba, which is every Saturday & Sunday). Then I have to monitor what I’m eating because I didn’t do anything to burn it off. Maybe you’re having a better experience, I’d love to hear it.
