What are your goals in working out/exercising?

I used to want to get toned and have that hourglass figure but I recently realized that’s a lot of work, I’m just not willing to do. And since I don’t intend to enter any bodybuilding or bikini contest, my new goal is to just get my body moving 4-6 times a week. Do you have a specific goal?
