If it doesn’t feel right there probably is a reason for that.



Trust your instincts when something does not feel right. I know you’ve had those instances when you felt you should have said something or done something but ignored it because you were worried about how you were going to be seen. And then you realize you missed out on an opportunity or you could have avoided a heartbreak. Just for today, practice following your first thought, your first feeling and see what happens.
