Ignoring the problem will never make it go away.



Face your problems instead of running away from them. It takes so much energy to ignore your problems, pretending everything is okay. The times I have tried to pretend nothing was wrong or avoided dealing with an issue, it’s only dragged out my agony. When I decided to finally stop running and instead face my fear head on. It was scary as all heck but after that I felt calm and more in control. Stop running, start confronting!
