Leave yesterday’s disappointments in yesterday.


Yesterday didn’t go as planned. Last week didn’t go as planned. Last month didn’t go as planned. It sucks, I know but there is literally nothing you can do about it. You can’t go back and change the past so just accept it. Stop fighting it and trying to rewrite it in your mind. It’s driving you crazy with all the shoulda, woulda, coulda nonsense. And I don’t know if you noticed but it’s not helping you feel better. Take the lesson you can learn from yesterday’s mishap and move on today. Because you are wasting time you will never get back worrying about something you can’t change.
