The situation you are currently stressing over right now? Yeah, that one. I can almost guarantee you are making it much worse in your mind than it really is. We have a tendency to take situations, and then run to the absolute worse case scenario and then dwell on it as if it is fact. When really it’s just you, reliving this imaginary fantasyland where horrible things always happen to you. This is not healthy at all.

You ever notice when you think awful thoughts your body reacts accordingly? That’s because your mind is extremely powerful. You are extremely powerful. Change the channel you are stuck on and start thinking of a better scenario. It won’t be easy at first, but you can’t give up and allow you mind to do whatever it wants.
