Be Thankful



When you are worrying about what you don’t have, and complaining, I am going to guess it doesn’t make you feel empowered. So instead, how about you just be thankful for what you have. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else and be thankful you are better than them or their situation.

Get out a sheet of paper (or open a Google Doc), and write down and acknowledge how far you have come, mentally, physically, emotionally. Have you ever taken five minutes to really take an inventory of your life?

It may not get you what you’re worrying about but at least you’ll see that if you could grow so much to get to this point, there is no reason you can’t get what you want.
