It’s time to let go of who you think you were supposed to be and start accepting yourself for who you are. So what you are not where you thought you’d be in your life at this age. And so what you are not the weight you want to be, you don’t have the wardrobe you want, relationships you want, the income you want or the personality you want–yet! Just because you don’t have it now, doesn’t mean you can’t ever have it.
Stop beating yourself! If you’ve noticed it’s not making you feel better or getting you to your goal faster. Just work on being grateful for how far you have made it, what you have now. Because continuing to wish you had something better is literally a waste of time you will never, ever get back. So don’t waste what little, and I mean little, time you have on this planet waiting to be happy, waiting to enjoy your life when you get something, waiting for perfection, you’ll probably never allow yourself to reach.
