Last week, I talked about loving your body. And I want to continue the theme of taking care of your body because if you don’t feel you look good it’s all downhill from there.     For new years eve, my boyfriend and I went to my friends house, where a group of us gather for dinner, steak and lobster; I was beyond full but I felt like I had to get my money’s worth :/ Plus it tasted really good 🙁

    I’ve been working on intuitive eating for a long time and it has been very hard… but totally valuable.

  • Oh you stepping on a few toes with this one. LOL We definitely overindulge during the holidays so what I have done is stop cooking all that food. If its not there my family can’t eat it or over indulge. Thanks for the reminders.
